Bespoke design & installation

Bathrooms designed with intent. Installed with precision.

Two ways to work Install-only using your own sanitaryware, or full design & supply — you choose.

A design-led studio specialising in warm, architectural bathrooms. Most of our clients bring their own sanitaryware and we take care of the install and finish — when you'd rather we take the lead, we design the room end-to-end and source every piece.

The studio

Design-led. Detail-obsessed.

We work two ways. Most clients supply their own sanitaryware and we install, finish and hand over a complete room. When you'd rather we take the lead, we design the space end-to-end and arrange every piece — sanitaryware, brassware, stone and lighting — so nothing is left for you to chase.

Our direction

Warm, architectural, quietly luxurious.

Our signature work is built on four quiet ideas — stone surfaces, brushed brass detail, floating furniture and layered lighting. Rooms that feel considered in every join, trim and line, and calm the moment you walk in.

Floating furniture

Wall-hung vanities and concealed cisterns keep floors clean and the room feeling open and quietly elegant.

Services

Two ways to work. Six disciplines. One finish.

Most clients supply their own sanitaryware and we handle the install and finish — the cost-conscious route. When you'd rather have it all arranged for you, we design and supply the whole room. Choose what fits your budget and appetite for detail.

Signature customer experience

A quick quote first. A full pack before we start.

Every enquiry starts with a concise, clearly-priced quick quote so you can commit to the direction with confidence. Once accepted and the survey is complete, you receive a full confirmation pack — the single document we both sign off before any tiles are ordered or work begins.

Stage one · Quick quote

Your quick quote

Four points

Sent within 48 hours of enquiry — enough to commit to the right direction. Nothing signed yet.

  • At-a-glance project type, contact details, installation address and a clear commercial summary — total quoted amount and booking deposit set out plainly.
  • A high-level, itemised list of what's included at this stage — strip-out, first-fix, tiling, install and finishing — so the shape of the job is already agreed.
  • Planned start, estimated duration and a Gantt-style programme so you can see how the project would run across the working days.
  • What happens on acceptance — we book a site survey and return with the full confirmation pack for your review before any orders are placed.

Stage two · Before work begins

Full confirmation pack

Fourteen sections

Sent once the quick quote is accepted and your site survey is complete — the single document we both sign off before any tiles are ordered.

01
Welcome & project confirmation Your project, confirmed in writing — scope, schedule, payment, warranty and aftercare in one place.
02
Quote, commercial & survey summary Finalised total, deposit, finish level and the survey checks carried out on site.
03
Scope of works (detailed) The full, ticked-off list of included works plus any bespoke scope items specific to your room.
04
Sanitaryware & materials schedule Every agreed item — supplier, reference, quantity, finish, size and notes — so nothing is left to chance.
05
Concepts & reference images The visual direction agreed — materials, tones and detail references bundled into the same document.
06
Project timeline & phase breakdown Locked-in start date and a phase-by-phase programme with durations and notes for each stage.
07
Exclusions Anything outside the agreed scope, called out explicitly — no awkward surprises mid-project.
08
Materials responsibility What we supply, what you supply, and how manufacturer responsibility sits alongside our install.
09
Your part in the project The handful of things we ask of you — access, approvals, customer-supplied item timing.
10
Staged payment schedule Each stage, the amount and exactly what triggers it — no ambiguity on when payment is due.
11
Variations process How any change to scope, spec or finish is recorded in writing, priced and agreed before we proceed.
12
Workmanship warranty What's covered, what sits with the manufacturer, and the full two-year cover from practical completion.
13
Aftercare & maintenance Silicone curing, ventilation, and the right way to clean stone and natural finishes long-term.
14
Snagging & completion How practical completion is agreed, how snags are logged, and the customer signature block that closes the pack.

Signatures on both sides complete the pack — only then do orders go out and tools arrive on site.

What sets us apart

The difference is in how we plan, not just how we build.

Beautiful bathrooms are the outcome of structured planning, careful sequencing and a refusal to cut corners on the details no one sees.

See Our Process
01

Design-led planning

Layout, lighting, storage and finish are resolved on paper before a single tile is cut. Fewer decisions on site means fewer compromises in the final room.

Resolved before build
02

Fully documented

Every project runs against an eight-point written quotation pack. Nothing verbal, nothing ambiguous — you know exactly what you're agreeing to.

In writing, always
03

Respectful on site

Tidy working, protected floors, dust management and clear daily communication throughout the build. Your home stays a home while we work.

Lived-in standards
04

Finish standards

Grout lines, trim alignments, silicone beads and substrate prep held to the standard you would expect from a design studio — because those are what distinguish a good bathroom from a forgettable one.

Yes — that's the core of what we do. Tiles, brassware, furniture, lighting and layout are all part of the design alignment stage before quoting.
Most full bathroom renovations run between two and four weeks on site, depending on scope. A detailed Gantt programme is issued as part of your quotation pack.
